Refund Eligibility:

Important: We only offer a refund id the item os defective or has a missing stone.

1.1. You may be eligible for a refund if the item is defective and you meet the following conditions:

- You return the item(s) within10 days from the date of purchase. (Not all items are eligible)

- The item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

- You provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

- The item(s) are not part of any non-refundable or final sale items (e.g., customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry).

1.2. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the above conditions are not met or if we determine that the item(s) have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.


Refund Process:

2.1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at (347) 998-6892 within the eligible timeframe or email us at mvjewelryandmore@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions.

2.2. When returning the item(s), please ensure that they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.

2.3. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.


Non-Refundable Items:

3.1. The following items are non-refundable:

- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.

- Gift cards or vouchers.

- All items except the defective ones.


We have no Exchange Policy!


Shipping Costs:

5.1. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5.2. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon or if the return is a result of our mistake.


Damaged or Defective Items:

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
